Recipe: Salsa Verde

5-6 tomatillos
1-2 jalapenos (depending how spicy you want it to be)
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 500°F.
Wash tomatillos, jalapeños and cilantro.
Slice the tomatillos in half. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and de-seed.
Peel the garlic and put tomatillos, jalapenos and garlic on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the oven set on broil at 500°F for 5-8 minutes or until slightly charred.
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. You may have to do this in batches.
Once you have achieved the consistency you desire, you are ready to eat.
